With St Peters not playing Castlerea Celtic moved to within two points of the leaders of the Premier Division of the Roscommon and District League following a comfortable 8 - 1 win over Skyvalley Rovers at Castlerea. Ronan Curran and Jarlath Geraghty scored for the home side before Callum O Brien pulled one back for the losers. Darren Clabby and Peter Farrell added two more for the winners before half time. Peter Farrell added his second before Gerry Ward added three more late in the game.

Ballymoe F C drew 3 - 3 with third placed Ballinasloe Town at Ballymoe. Ballinasloe conceeded an own goal with five played but ten minutes later they were level when Garry Egan converted a penalty kick. Cathal Connell restored the Ballymoe lead with twenty nine played following a neat through ball by Micheal Kenny. Damien Goggins mede it 3 - 1 in favour of Ballymoe with fifty five played. Ballinasloe were not to be denied and Mark Duffy and Ryan Burke had the sides level within ten minutes.

Moylough 79 beat Shiven Rovers 2 - 1 at Newbridge. Half way through the first half a good pass from Alan Conway reached Mathew Finn and he blasted to the Shiven Rovers net. Shiven Rovers through Joe Hunt levelled the game ten minutes into the second half but with five minutes remaining a well struck free kick by Michael Foley won all three points for Moylough.

Cloonfad United remain three points clear at the top of the Norios sponsored Division 1 of the Roscommon and District League following a hard earned 1 - 0 win over Cam Celtic at Cam. The home side were on top in the first half and were very unlucky not to be in front at the break. With just six minutes remaining Cloonfad United snatched a winner. A well struck free kick by Sean Burke came off the cross bar and John Noone was on hand to score the winner.

Dysart are in second place following their 5 - 0 win over Castlerea Celtic "B" at Dysart. Johnny Kiernan scored four of their total and Nial Corbett one.

Ballaghaderreen kept the title hopes very much alive thanks to a 4 - 1 win over C P Ajax at Ballaghaderreen. There was little between the sides for the first sixty five minutes of the game with Ballaghaderreen in control after that.
Usama Israr opened the scoring for the winners with twenty six played and eigh minutes later Darren Boyle replied for the Castleplunket side. Conor Mc Greal added a second for the winners with seventy played and Christoper Dunne got two more, one from the penalty spot before the end.

Rahara Rovers and Roscommon United were involved in a six gola thriiler at Rahara with a point each the outcome. James Mc Donald and Jamie Bracken gave Roscommon United a 2 - 0 lead with thirty played. Just before half time Shane Mc Cormack pulled one back when he converted a penalty kick.
Mc Cormack gave a repeat performance five minutes into the second half and completed his hat rick with a well taken free kick shortly afterwards. 0Just when it looked like Rahara would take all there points Vando scored with a stunning overhead kick to win a point for Roscommon United.

Glen Celtic made it nine wins out of nine League games played in the Hanly Quaries Division two with a comfortable 4 - 1 win over Roscommon Unite at Roscommon. Anthony Comer scored two and Jason Connelly one to give them a 3 - 0 lead at half time. P J Shanks added a fourth with Aaron Langan pulling one back for the losers.

Manor United continued their push for runners up spot with a 5 - 1 win at Manor over the Castleblaikney side St Cuans. Tom Ward was easily man of the match after scoring all five goals for the winners. Jordan O Leary replied for the losers.

Ballinasloe Town beat Ballaghaderreen 3 - 2 at Ballaghaderreen. Stephen Cregg Paul Hickey and Joseph Rhattigan scored for the winners

Ballymoe FC and Cloonfad United drew 1 - 1 at Ballymoe. Jason Tarmey for Ballymoe and Darragh Flynn for Cloonfad were the goal scorers.

St Johns Athletic beat Boyle Celtic 5 - 2 at Lecarrow. Jamie Tiernan scored two and Conor Murray Robbie Gately and Jordan Kennedy added one each for the winners. Daniel Hughes scored both goals for Boyle Celtic.
